I had to play 4 rounds and watch about 10 ads.
But many people are not given the key even after 10 games, either because of lags or because this was done on purpose..

I think there are 2 reasons.
The first is to simply earn money; in the new menu in the hamster it even says that soon there will be more such games. These are tens or hundreds of millions of ad views.
The second is to weed out 99% of accounts that apply for airdrops.
How many people will be willing to sit and wade through the stream of ads in these games for hours just for the keys? But they don’t even tell us what they are needed for.
